We offer Fiberglass insulation as a cost effective option for reducing the amount of conditioned air loss into your attic.
Fiberglass insulation can be installed either in Batts, pre-cut sections, or shredded pieces that are blown-in by machine. Fiberglass works by trapping conditioned air in tiny pockets and works exponentially well when paired with air sealing and/or duct encapsulation.
The Owens Corning brand we use is:
• Noncorrosive: Doesn’t require fire-retardant chemicals, which corrode pipes, electrical equipment or metal attachments
• Noncombustible: Meets all required model building codes
• Moisture Resistant: Glass fibers resist the moisture that reduces insulation effectiveness.
• Mold Resistant: Inorganic glass fibers resist fungus or mold growth
